The Enugu State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ahmed Ammani, has ordered the investigation of an Assistant Superintendent of Police for alleged sexual assault.
The spokesman for the state police command, Daniel Ndukwe, who confirmed the event on Saturday in Enugu, stated the ASP who’s hooked up to the Awgu Police Division in the state could be quizzed for sexually assaulting a detained 17-year-old woman.
He added that although the alleged sexual assault befell on March 18, the household of the woman introduced up the matter lately.

Ndukwe stated: “The commissioner of police ordered the state Prison Intelligence and Investigation Division to conduct an intensive investigation and convey up actionable findings on the allegation.
